My cousin wedding ^_^ Nat and Jim

Hi guys, long time no see...
This is a very late story that i wanna tell u.. My cousin Nat and his boyfriend (now his husband), Jim, have been married on Dec 10, 2013. And the fascinating thing is i was her bridesmaid. Honestly this is my third time to be a bridesmaid. I always happy to be the bridesmaid because in every wedding it has its own story..

One day before the wedding, we stayed at Aston Hotel, Pluit, because this hotel is close to the bridal which will be used by my cousin.

The next day we set off at 6 a.m. to the bridal, Valencia, Muara Karang. We didn't leave so early because we were the only client for Valencia on that day (My cousin got married on Tuesday!). It meant we have much time to decide the make up and hairdo that we want.

At the first time i saw this place, wow *_* this place is big enough with lobby, some fitting rooms and storages to keep the wedding dresses..

The advantages of this bridal is we can define our own desired hairdo. And I have chosen a classic hairdo with braids.. Not too similar to the example I pointed out to the stylist but not overly matter, the result is pretty good.. ^_^

After hairdo and make up, my cousin and me came back to the hotel, to prepare the Teapai session. During this Teapai,  I took time to make some documentations about this session.

Then the groom and his bride went to Damai Indah Golf, PIK,  for the next teapai session along with the groom's family. Unfortunately, I felt very tired, so I could not take photos for this session.. :'(

After this session, we went to groom's house to take a break. An hour later, we came back to the bridal to retouch the make up and the hairdo, and i changed my hairtsyle too :D

When retouch was done, we went to the reception at the Damai Indah Golf, PIK. The reception began at 7 pm. , but the families could take a break first in a particular room that has been provided by WO.

When the reception began, I missed the opportunity to capture some of the wedding photos because i must do my job as bridesmaid..hehe

As in most of the wedding, the reception held a bouquet toss. I was also enliven the event among the single people who come forward. How glad I was, because I was the one who received the bouquet .. Yeay! 

Because I was taking the bouquet then I also got a gift from the bride.hihihi

After the reception is finished, we took time to take some pictures.. Especially with our big family, there are some people who came all the way from Medan.

A few days ago i read an article that discusses about The 3 Scariest Things You Put on Your Face.
The article discusses about some malicious content in cosmetics such as Parabens, Pthalates, and Synthetic Fragrances..Among the three materials, which interested me most was about parabens. because parabens are used as preservatives in cosmetics and skincare.
Paraben derivatives are commonly found in cosmetics and skincare such as Methyparaben, Ethylparaben, Butylparaben or Propylparaben. From the research at the American Cancer society, and Personal care: Truth or Scare, the scare about the effects of parabens started when a scientist found paraben chemicals in breast cancer tissue samples. Scientific research has shown the most breast cancers develop in the upper-outer quadrant of the breast. And it just so happens that this area is closest to the lymph nodes exposed to antiperspirants. 99% of Breast Cancer Tissue contained this everyday chemical.
An important fact is that they are the most widely used ingredient besides water in skin care products. Because they are so prevalent in our products then maybe we should just lay off for awhile. Especially since there are other safe preservative alternatives. Parabens are chemicals that serve as preservatives in antiperspirants, cosmetics and sun lotions.

After reading the article, I began to wonder with skincare products that i use what the product contains parabens or not. So I started checking the ingredients listed on the product. I was really shocked with what I saw. The toner that i use all this time, actually contain three types of paraben: Methylparaben, Ethyparaben and Propylparaben. What puzzles me is why one type of product could use so many preservatives..SO SCARY!!

I do not need to mention the name of the product. This product is quite well known and comes from Sweden. Aloe Vera Toner. My favorite toner..T___T so sad..

More poor, cleaning products All in One with the initials "S A from M" that I use contains four types of paraben..*sigh*

To note here is that we as consumers have to choose products carefully. Avoid parabens as much as possible because this may increase the risk of cancer and for sensitive skin such content can also trigger acne..

New Seeds~Again!! XD

I am always excited when talking about gardening .. gardening has become my new hobby .. Looking at the seeds that grow into shoots makes me so excited ..

A few days ago I re-ordering vegetable seeds and flower seed, they are Kailan, green spinach, green Cucumbers, Celery, Pakchoy, Beet red, Eggplant, Tomato hybrids, Radish and Flowers Carnation. Yesterday the seeds are already up ..
Can not wait to sow them .. :)

They Come!! My new seeds :)

Hi Guys..it has been a while since I made ​​a new post because I was waiting for my seeds to come. I ordered some seeds from online shop which sells many variation of seeds..

I bought some of them such Sunflower, Marigold, Gysophila Monarch White, and herbs plant like Sage, Oregano, Rosemary and Basil.

I planted Marigold, Gysophila, Geranium and Lavender seed in egg shells because it is easier and nutrients in the egg shells good for the seeds (actually the best eggshells for tomato plants, but I tried also to other plants)

Within a few days and gysophilla marigold seeds have started to sprout, as photographed .. Whereas geranium and lavender has not shown any signs of life sob .. T_T

Visitation of love for the accident victims participant Esther Prayer Fasting GBI RE Cisarua August 21, 2013

I really shocked when i read the bbm message from my friend, which told me that participant Esther Prayer Fasting GBI RE Cisarua August 21, 2013 , had an accident when returning from Kepenrey, Puncak, where they prayed and fasted for 3 days.

The group of participants divided into 2 groups. The first group toward Kelapa Gading and the second group toward Apartments Robinson, Jembatan 2. The bus which ran into the accident is the bus toward Kelapa Gading.

The accident occurred when they returned from the summit to the jakarta.Return path from the top is quite steep.the brakes of the bus free from tension. According to the testimony of those who survived, the driver tried to control the speed of the bus, but due to steep roads made ​​it can not hold the bus without using the brakes ..

Ultimately the driver is no longer able to control the bus ..

Testimony of locals witnessed the incident, when the bus finally fall into the gorge, the driver was not in the bus (estimated the driver jumped out just before the bus fell into the gorge leaving 60 passengers trapped inside the bus) .. totally irresponsible : '(

As at 25 August 2013, there were 21 deaths of people. 18 participants fasting prayer Esther and 3 local residents and bus mechanic.

Saturday, August 24, 2013, we are from GBI RE music commission had the opportunity to visit the bus crash victims in hospital Sentra Medika, Cibinong.

One member of the music committee, Mellie, is the victim of the accident. She got 24 stitches in her head. Praise God when we see her, she was able to move her hands, but still not able to sit. Not only did she get the wound but also a deep trauma of the accident. Her roommate, 3 people died.

My Little Garden~love this :))

Hi there,
I wanna share my new hobby: Gardening.. Yeay!!
I actually like my new hobby a few months ago (I forgot when exactly it start) :D
I bought some plants grown in Cengkareng, near the Fish Market.
The plant is the flower Lavender, purple flowering plants (I do not know his name), and Spider Plant ..

I bought lavender because lavender is a wonderful flower with its fragrant... Spider plant can help reduce air pollution since Jakarta with a fairly high degree of pollution... and the Purple Flowering Plant that I bought because its flowers are beautiful...

I also have a kind of cactus plant, gift from my friend Ritta Lestari, a few years ago ..

In addition I also have a cherry tomato plant through seeds ..
Initially I planted about 8 seed and grow 6 small buds, but because of heavy rain, 4 shoots broken and dead: '(really sad .. after reading some articles how to keep the shoots small, I'm protecting the bud by making use of discarded mineral water bottles cut in half and then driven into the ground..
I created a small greenhouse for my cherry tomato shoots..
and TADAHH!! My cherry tomato plants are now growing larger and approximately 1 plant now there are 35-40 cm high and 1 plant approx 10-13cm ..
